I’m Hali Laricey.

As your Functional Wellness Specialist, I help you decode your symptoms and feel whole again.

I was shaped by love, loss, and the fire of watching my family fight for answers.

My story didn’t begin with a diagnosis.

It began in a home filled with laughter, love, and the quiet wisdom of generations living under one roof. I grew up watching my family care for one another, especially as illness began touching the people we loved most.

When my grandmother was diagnosed with advanced cancer, everything changed. I watched my mom become a fierce advocate—a Wonder Woman in real life—searching endlessly for answers no one seemed to have. She didn’t accept “there’s nothing more we can do,” and neither could I.

That passion—born of heartache and hope—became part of me.

I saw it again when other loved ones faced devastating diagnoses. I learned what it means to research late into the night, to ask the hard questions, and to trust that there’s always more to the story than the surface shows.

Maybe you’ve felt that too—that inner knowing that something’s being missed. Maybe you’ve been dismissed, overlooked, or told “everything’s normal” when nothing feels right.

If so, I want you to know: you’re not alone. And you don’t have to stay stuck.

Life experience turned this calling into a mission.

After having two babies later in life—just 15 months apart—I found myself navigating some very real and frustrating health challenges. When I brought one particularly disruptive issue to my doctor, I was told to just wait it out… and when it got bad enough, I’d beg for surgery.

That didn’t sit right with me. I knew there had to be another way.

So I researched, I listened to my body, and I found a better path—one that helped me heal without surgery. That moment changed everything. It opened my eyes to how many women are told to wait, suffer quietly, or just “accept it as part of life.” I couldn’t unsee it—and I couldn’t settle for that kind of answer ever again.

Then I realized… it wasn’t just women.

Soon after, someone I love dearly—this time a man—was diagnosed with prostate cancer. And once again, we were offered quick fixes without context, pressure without options, and decisions without the dignity of real choice. One doctor recommended surgery. Another said radiation. A third suggested cryotherapy. But none of them asked the most important question: What matters most to you?

So we went looking. And once again, we found a different path—one that led to healing with fewer side effects and far more peace of mind.

So many people don’t know they have options. That’s what drives me—to help others find the answers I wish we all had sooner.

It was the moment I knew I was exactly where I was meant to be.

What if the answers aren't missing—just overlooked?

Helping a child I love navigate a seizure disorder—through the fog of fear, confusion, and urgency—sealed it for me. All the studying, late-night research, and relentless pursuit of root causes weren’t just useful… they were purposeful. A calling. A mission I could no longer ignore.

This work isn’t just something I do. It’s who I am.

When conventional medicine offered little clarity, I turned to lab work, nutrition, and nervous system support—and I found answers that made a difference. That child began to heal. And I began to understand just how many others are quietly suffering, feeling like something’s being missed.

Since then, I’ve worked with other children and teens facing anxiety, depression, panic, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, and behavioral changes that seemed to come out of nowhere. So often, they’re handed a diagnosis or a prescription—but no explanation. No understanding of the why.

But I’ve seen the deeper connections: Hormonal imbalances. Gut-brain disruption. Nutrient deficiencies. Neurological overwhelm. I’ve watched kids come back to life when someone finally listened and looked beneath the surface.

What I’ve learned is this: the body always leaves clues—no matter the age.
When we know how to listen, healing is possible.

This full-circle confirmation—the healing I’ve witnessed from children to elders—is what grounds me. Whether you’re looking for answers for yourself or for someone you love, I want you to know: you’re safe here, and you’re not alone.

The same drive that got answers for my family… is the same one I’ll use to help uncover yours.
